Job description

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Associate I monitors stock levels and maintains through purchasing proper Days of Supply, DOS, inventory levels to support laboratory requirements. Receives inbound materials and is responsible for proper stock placement and organization. Picks, packs, and ships outbound orders as needed. Operates in compliance with company policies, as well as applicable Federal and State regulations.


Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Purchasing materials for demand requirements
  • Receive all deliveries
  • Sort all specimen packages and deliver to the correct laboratory locations
  • Issues out inventory to laboratory departments as needed
  • Identify and quarantine defective products upon delivery
  • Pack and ship outbound orders
  • Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws


Qualifications:

Education –

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Competencies/Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment
