Job description

Job Overview
As a Clinic Phone Nurse in our ENT clinic, you'll help patients navigate a wide range of ear, nose, throat, hearing, balance, and head and neck concerns.
Working closely with our ENT providers, you'll assess patient symptoms, provide clinical guidance, coordinate care, and help patients understand next steps in their treatment plan. From supporting parents of children with recurrent ear infections to assisting adults managing complex ENT conditions, your expertise will help ensure patients receive timely, appropriate, and compassionate care.
In this role, you'll be a trusted resource for patients and a key connection point between patients and providers-helping deliver the right care at the right time while keeping the patient experience smooth and supportive.
Education and Experience
  • Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
  • Experience preferred but not required.

Current certification/license from one of the below:
  • Certified Medical Assistant- American Association of Medical Assistants
  • Registered Medical Assistant- American Medical Technologist
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant- National Health career Association
  • National Certified Medical Assistant- National Center for Competency Testing
  • Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant- National Association for Health Professionals

  • Active LPN license in state of employment
