As an Account Executive, MDU, you will drive revenue growth by converting residents and homeowners within contracted multi-dwelling and residential communities into active C Spire customers. You will own a portfolio of properties and be accountable for building pipeline, executing targeted sales programs, and delivering measurable results including new connects, penetration, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

Drive property acquisitions and recurring revenue by activating Bulk and Non-Bulk property partners including HOA boards, property managers, and leasing teams.
Own and manage relationships with property owners, developers, and on-site influencers to expand penetration and remove barriers to close.
Conduct regular property visits to identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and drive revenue outcomes.
Plan and execute revenue-generating programs including property events, targeted promotions, and on-site engagement strategies.
Coordinate with internal sales channels to ensure seamless customer handoffs and maximize conversion rates.
Build, manage, and advance a robust sales pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting.
Analyze performance data including connects, close rates, penetration, and churn risk to prioritize actions and optimize results.
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs including new connects, product attach, and revenue growth.
Maintain strong presence within assigned properties to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Two (2) or more years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience with demonstrated revenue results.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Strong consultative selling skills including needs discovery, objection handling, and closing.
Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking (CRM experience preferred).
Reliable transportation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building abilities with clients and partners.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:

Experience in B2C, B2B2C, or partner-led sales environments.
Experience managing multiple properties or territories simultaneously.
Experience in telecommunications, fiber, or technology-driven industries.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen. This role requires frequent travel to assigned properties and may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
