We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MDU Account Executive to sell Fidium Fiber services to multi-dwelling units (MDU's)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has a proven track record of success. ?You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact to Fidium Fiber's MDU sales strategy and continued success and growth through new account acquisition and existing account management. This position will proactively identify and harvest new growth opportunities by selling advanced technology solutions to new and existing clients in the multifamily segment.
Responsibilities
  • Meet with property management companies to access needs, propose solutions and negotiate MDU bulk or access agreements.
  • Negotiate rights of entry (ROE) with MDU property owners, Homeowners Associations (HOA) and Property Management Companies.
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified MDU prospects through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships to ensure a constant sales pipe and manage that pipeline from initial contact to closing the account.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to MDU real-estate decision-makers, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the latest consumer-based products and services.
  • Develop consultations and proposals that position our services as essential amenities.
  • Meets and exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual assigned sales goals.
  • Participate in MDU networking events.
  • Maintain quality sales records and preparation of sales and activity reports as required.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction and thereby drive new account growth.
  • Partner with MDUs under agreement and related internal teams to increase Fidium Fiber HSI penetration.
  • Work collaboratively with construction, technical operations and implementation teams to conduct MDU surveys, review designs and facilitate approval into MDU's and HOA's.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Fidium Fiber MDU products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Remain knowledgeable of competitor products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management.
  • Territory management to include development of MDU partnerships and related organizational affiliations.
  • Properly document sales activities in Fidium Fiber's CRM system.
  • Follow sales process and fulfill responsibilities as defined in the process.
  • Promptness to prospect meetings and company meetings.
  • Professionally dressed, presentable and well-prepared for all prospect engagements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for MDU clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Ideal candidate is dynamic, adaptable, and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to generate income.
  • The ability to demonstrate excellence in all aspects of the MDU ROE sales cycle.
  • Strong understanding of MDU market dynamics and the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven sales acumen.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must demonstrate solid judgement and communications skills.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with social media outlets to drive online marketing efforts based on company approved methods and rules of engagement.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to travel and sell within serviceable area, at least 50% of the time.
  • License required: Valid State Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record. #LinkedIn-remote

Salary
Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $55,000 - $65,000 + Commission
