New Century Mazda is Looking for Qualified Mazda Service Technicians with a Strong Background in Automotive Repair in Mazda Vehicles.
Job Summary:
As a Mazda Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Mazda's as well as other Makes and models. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service. You will work with a diverse range of clients, ensuring their systems are functioning optimally and providing timely resolutions to technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair Mazda Vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime for our clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service while communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment status and service needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Stay current with technological advancements and industry regulations related to [insert specific industry].
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards while on the job.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in training new staff as needed.
- Occasionally travel to client locations and work outside standard hours as required.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Service Technician (Preferably Mazda Brand Vehicles).

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
