Position: BDC Sales Agent

Department: Business Development Center
Location: Fred Haas Toyota World (20400 I-45, Spring, TX 77373)
Reports To: BDC Manager


Job Summary

As a BDC Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in driving sales appointments by engaging with prospective and current customers via phone, email, and text. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and generate qualified appointments for our sales teams, following processes established by dealership leadership.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications.

  • Follow up on customer retention, phone inquiries, and CRM-generated opportunities.

  • Convert leads into dealership visits by setting qualified appointments.

  • Accurately input and update customer data within the CRM system.

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle availability, pricing, promotions, and dealership services.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current marketing campaigns and dealership promotions.

  • Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales, and Internet Sales to coordinate and confirm appointments.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.


Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a dealership Business Development Center, Internet Sales, or Customer Service role is preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual skills a plus).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable navigating dealership CRM and DMS systems.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including background check, drug test, credit report, and have a valid driver's license.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
