Business Development Center (BDC) Agent - Automotive
Are you a born communicator? If so, our Service BDC department needs you! Earn a great living doing what you love and join our dealership family as our new Service BDC agent. In this role, you will contact customers(email and phone) from various lead sources to secure an appointment in a manner that aligns with our dealership's highest standards. We only hire the best! If that's you, then let's talk.
Job Responsibilities
  • Understand buying profiles and patterns of typical telephone prospects
  • Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results
  • Determine which customers to contact based on last service department visit

Skills/Qualifications
  • The ability to manage high call volumes, service lists and call lists simultaneously
  • Overall knowledge of automotive service department operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Great attitude

Monday thru Friday 8-6.
