This is a full-time, on-site Sales Leadership Development Internship supporting operations at Lucki Mazda of Woodbridge This role is designed for individuals interested in developing real-world experience in sales, customer engagement, leadership, and business development, with a clear path toward full-time opportunities based on performance.

  • Assist the sales team with customer interactions across inperson, phone, and digital channels
  • Support the vehicle sales process from initial inquiry through delivery
  • Conduct followup communication with prospective customers to maintain engagement and build relationships
  • Shadow experienced Client Advisors to learn sales strategy, negotiation, and deal structure
  • Help manage CRM systems, including lead tracking, appointment setting, and customer communication
  • Maintain showroom organization and contribute to a professional customer experience
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media content and vehicle presentations
  • Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
