Job Title: Senior Manager, Martech Product

Compensation:ย $130,000 to $155,000

Adswerve is seeking a Senior Manager, Martech Product to join our growing Adobe Digital Experience team. This Senior Manager, Martech Product role champions client value through strategic vision and roadmaps, and leads high-impact projects focused on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and the broader Adobe Experience Platform. This role requires significant consulting expertise and a thorough grasp of the integration amongst AEP, CJA, AJO, RT CDP, and Target. Working with executive support, you will establish operational frameworks, guide emerging talent, and set team benchmarks. Proficiency in conveying complex technical strategy to executive leadership is vital. Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable MarTech roadmaps that synchronize with client business targets and long-term expansion.
  • Direct enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives, providing expert guidance during high-stakes strategic consultations.
  • Mentor and develop a MarTech Product team to ensure collective excellence.
  • Proactively identify client requirements and growth opportunities while mitigating potential project hurdles.
  • Ensure the realization of tangible business value across all client engagements.
  • Maintain product excellence by overseeing quality assurance and validating technical requirements across the practice.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain internal team standards, processes, and knowledge-sharing banks to support team scalability.
Experience:
  • 6-8 years of experience in a technical consulting, digital marketing, or data analytics role. A degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have a proven track record of learning new tools and processes quickly.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is required. This may include implementation work, workspace analysis, data view configuration, or support experience. Candidates with Adobe certifications (e.g., CJA Business Practitioner) are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Prior exposure to additional Adobe Experience Platform products (AEP), RT-CDP, Target, or AJO. If you don't have these specific certifications, you should have experience in comparable platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Braze, or Snowflake).
  • Demonstrated product management skills-technical expertise and broad technical strategy-across MarTech tools.
  • Experience directing project teams through agile methodologies, managing multiple resources, and guiding individual employee performance and growth.
  • Strong communication abilities-able to break down complex topics into easily digestible parts, pull together intentional story lines for clients, and foster communication between teams and leadership.
  • Proven track record of anticipating client growth and needs, defining strategic roadmaps, and owning client delivery from a value realization perspective.

This position pays a base salary of $130,000 to $155,000 per year. This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
