You will also support store activation initiatives, including in-store events, pop-up experiences, and brand activations, helping connect the MarTech ecosystem to physical retail moments. You will work under the direction of senior team members and product managers to deliver requirements and assist with the rollout of MarTech features that align with business goals.

What you'll get to do:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work with stakeholders, including retention and lifecycle marketing leaders, loyalty program owners, retail marketing and store events teams, product managers, UI/UX designers/researchers, and development teams, to help gather and document feature/project requirements for MarTech tools and initiatives.
  • Help ensure alignment between retention marketing, store activation, and brand activation needs and the technological solutions that support them.

Project Support:

  • Provide support throughout the MarTech project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, build, and implementation across retention and store activation workstreams.
  • Help facilitate communication between marketing, retail, and technical teams to support successful delivery of lifecycle campaigns, loyalty enhancements, and in-store event and pop-up activation capabilities.
  • Support change management activities for the implementation and optimization of key MarTech tools, such as Hightouch, Klayvio, loyalty platforms, and event/activation enablement systems.

Requirements Definition:

  • Help document clear and actionable requirements and acceptance criteria to guide development teams in delivering MarTech features supporting retention, loyalty, and store activation experiences.
  • Assist in breaking down epic-level requirements for loyalty program initiatives, lifecycle and win-back journeys, consumer account enhancements, and store event/pop-up activation flows into actionable, daily requirements for digital development teams.

Product Support:

  • Support product managers in defined MarTech product areas - including loyalty, retention messaging, and store activation enablement - by helping document feature requirements, tracking delivery, and assisting with the rollout of product enhancements.
  • Contribute to the MarTech audit process by helping identify gaps and surface recommendations to enhance the consumer account experience, loyalty member journey, and connected in-store activation moments.

Documentation & Communication:

  • Create clear and concise documentation for MarTech business requirements, process flows, lifecycle journey maps, store activation playbooks, and user stories.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to stakeholders and team members effectively.

Team Collaboration & Learning:

  • Learn from senior analysts and product managers, building knowledge of MarTech, retention marketing, and activation best practices and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day work of the MarTech business analysis team and look for opportunities to improve personal and team output.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Help analyze user feedback, loyalty and retention performance data, and store activation recaps to identify optimization opportunities, and support ongoing enhancements to the MarTech ecosystem and consumer-facing digital and in-store experiences.
