Job description

Job Summary

City Express by Marriott New Orleans I-10 is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Desk Agent with prior Marriott brand experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring compliance with Marriott standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

  •  Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes 
  •  Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests 
  •  Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner 
  •  Maintain accurate records using Marriott systems (PMS) 
  •  Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations 
  •  Ensure adherence to Marriott brand standards and guest service expectations 
Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Prior experience working with a Marriott-branded hotel
  •  Experience with hotel systems (Opera, MARSHA, or similar) preferred 
  •  Strong communication and customer service skills 
  •  Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays 
  •  Professional demeanor and attention to detail
