Job Description
The Hotel Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for hotel guests and employees. The officer will patrol the hotel premises, monitor surveillance cameras, and respond to any security incidents or emergencies.
Responsibilities
  • Patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity.
  • Respond to security incidents or emergencies and take appropriate action.
  • Assist guests with safety and security concerns.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and local law enforcement agencies as needed.
  • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular safety and security inspections of hotel facilities.
  • Provide training to hotel staff on safety and security procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
