DIRECTOR OF ROOMSMarriott Long Island | Uniondale, NY

The Marriott Long Island is seeking a dynamic and highly operational Director of Rooms to lead Front Office and Housekeeping operations within a high-volume full-service Marriott environment.

Located adjacent to Nassau Coliseum and supporting significant sports, entertainment, airline, banquet, and group business, this role is critical to delivering operational consistency and exceptional guest experience across a fast-paced and evolving property environment.

The hotel is currently undergoing a major guest room renovation, with approximately one-third of rooms already completed, creating an exciting opportunity for a strong leader to help elevate operations during a transformational period for the property.
