Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Director of Sales Operations, Corporate for a client in Southern California.
The Work:
  • Work with company sales and marketing teams to optimize hotel performance
  • Train and provide the tools to property level sales teams.
  • Responsible for creating and deploying sales related strategies
  • Assisting with other internal corporate projects, as needed
  • Additional details will be provided

What you've already done (requirements):
  • Minimum 6+ years experience as a hotel Director of Sales Operations
  • Career of increasing levels of leadership responsibility with branded and independent hotels
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
