The work involves collaborating with company sales and marketing teams to optimize hotel performance, training and providing tools to property level sales teams, and being responsible for creating and deploying sales related strategies. The requirements include a minimum of 6+ years experience as a hotel Director of Sales Operations, a career of increasing levels of leadership responsibility with branded and independent hotels, exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
