The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Job Description:
 
We are now hiring for the role of Director of Finance. You'll guide everything from budgeting, forecasting, and profit reporting to audits, tax compliance, and payroll at Hotel Cleveland. As a key Executive Committee member, your energy and results-driven focus will help shape our future.
 
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
 
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years in financial leadership, or comparable progressive hotel finance experience.
Extensive background in budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, account reconciliation, and strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS/PMS systems, and proven leadership and communication abilities for team development and presentations.
FSPMS Experience Required
Micros Experience Preferred
