Overview

Postcard Cabins, Marriott’s growing outdoor hospitality brand, is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead a multi-property portfolio with a focus on operational excellence, brand integrity, and strong revenue performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic operator who thrives in a unique blend of traditional hospitality and elevated outdoor experiences.

About the Role

This leader will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in service delivery, financial performance, and quality assurance standards. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of hotel operations, proven experience with Marriott systems, and a passion for developing teams to reach their full potential. A strong focus on BSA compliance, guest satisfaction, and property profitability is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive operational performance across multiple Postcard Cabins locations, ensuring alignment with Marriott brand standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop property-level leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and engagement.
  • Oversee financial disciplines, including revenue strategy, forecasting, margin management, and controlling expenses.
  • Ensure excellence in quality assurance with a strong focus on BSA readiness and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with sales and revenue teams to maximize property-level performance and identify market opportunities.
  • Lead operational planning, openings, transitions, and performance turnarounds as needed.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the field with frequent travel across the region.
Qualifications
  • Proven multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality; outdoor hospitality experience a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with Marriott systems and processes (Opera, MARSHA, GXP, BSA standards, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in developing managers and improving team performance.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service, financial performance, and quality metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage a diverse, geographically dispersed portfolio.
  • Based on the East Coast or Midwest preferred
