Job Description Summary:The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies for nail and beauty products to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support sales performance. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketing operations-spanning SNS, performance marketing, and trade-facing initiatives-with a strong ability to identify trends and translate them into impactful, measurable results.Job Description:
  • SNS Channel Management: Plan, manage, and grow key social media channels including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent brand tone and messaging across all channels.
  • Content Strategy & Production: Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives. Oversee end-to-end content creation-from ideation and copywriting to publishing-ensuring quality and relevance.
  • Online B2C Marketing: Plan and execute comprehensive online B2C marketing campaigns, including promotional events, product launches, and seasonal initiatives, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • B2B & B2C Nail Product Marketing: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for nail products targeting both B2B (trade/retail partners) and B2C (end consumers) segments, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximizing market coverage across all channels.
  • Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns, monitoring performance against KPIs and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Define channel KPIs, track campaign performance using analytics tools (GA4, platform-native insights, etc.), and deliver regular performance reports with actionable recommendations to management.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with digital marketing and social media trends, proactively identifying opportunities to incorporate emerging content formats and platform features.
  • Influencer & Agency Collaboration: Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, content creators, and external agencies to amplify brand reach and campaign impact.
