Position Overview

Teddy Morse’s Grand Junction Harley-Davidson is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team! 

The Marketing Manager will oversee the creation and implementation of the dealership’s marketing plan. This leader will be a champion for Teddy Morse’s Grand Junction Harley-Davidson & Powersports and will work in conjunction with our manufacturer's marketing agendas.


  • Organize community events for the dealership, such as open houses, motorcycle rides, and charity events.
  • Responsible for routine updates of the marketing plan.
  • Conduct market research activities and analysis and establishes data management to improve the dealership’s marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of the dealership’s marketing, advertising, and public relations activities.
  • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, regularly monitors expenditures, and prepares summary assessments and reports.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing promotion results to determine effectiveness of each promotion campaign.
  • Develop monthly and annual objectives for the departments in collaboration with Dealer Principal and General Manager(s).
  • Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives for all dealership locations.
  • Develop promotional campaigns in collaboration with dealership Managers
  • Attend training sessions to keep current with marketing department practices/techniques.
  • Set policies and procedures for marketing departments.
  • If needed, you may be asked to perform other duties in the Dealership.

  • 5+ years’ marketing experience.
  • Automotive/Motorcyle Marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson products sold by the dealership.
  • Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling.
  • Demonstrate an interest in growing the business.
  • Focus on quality.
  • Normally indoors, however, some outdoor work is required during open houses or other events.
