Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The strategic and highly analytical Senior Manager, Marketing Intelligence (you!) will help shape how The Knot Worldwide plans, invests, and measures marketing performance across our global portfolio. In this role, you will serve as a trusted thought partner to Marketing, FP&A, Product, Data, and Executive Leadership by delivering forecasting, performance intelligence, and decision-ready insights that drive business outcomes.

You will own centralized marketing performance reporting and forecasting across both U.S. and international markets, helping leadership understand acquisition trends, marketplace health, and investment opportunities. You'll work closely alongside cross-functional partners across Paid Media, SEO, CRM, Product Analytics, and Finance, and report into senior Marketing Strategy leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You own global marketing forecasting and performance intelligence across key acquisition channels including Paid Media, SEO, CRM, ASO, Social, and Consumer performance, ensuring accurate visibility into business outcomes.
  • You serve as the centralized partner to FP&A for marketing investment planning, influencing $40M+ in global media spend allocation decisions across U.S. and international markets.
  • You develop executive-ready performance narratives and top-of-funnel insights for monthly Executive Business Reviews (MBRs), ensuring leadership has clear, consistent visibility into acquisition and marketplace trends.
  • You proactively identify risks and opportunities in marketplace performance, leading cross-functional deep dives into metric shifts (e.g., UBOs, digital leads, signups) and quantifying business impact to guide course-correction.
  • You build scenario planning frameworks and alternative outlooks that enable leadership to pressure-test assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs, and respond effectively to changing market conditions.
  • You monitor competitive dynamics and emerging acquisition trends (including AI-driven traffic shifts), translating insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy and investment prioritization.
  • You inform marketing attribution and measurement plans in partnership with Data and FP&A partners to ensure accurate, rigorous, and best-in-class marketing evaluation.
  • You support Board-level and executive-facing materials, delivering high rigor, discretion, and clarity in the insights that inform the company's highest-stakes decisions.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
  • You have 6-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, forecasting, strategy, business intelligence, FP&A partnership, or a related field.
  • You have deep expertise in acquisition performance measurement across channels such as Paid Media, SEO, CRM, and App growth, and understand how these drivers connect to marketplace and revenue outcomes.
  • You can synthesize complex, cross-functional inputs into clear, decision-ready insights and executive-level narratives.
  • You are highly proactive in identifying risks, data integrity issues, and performance shifts, and you bring a business-first mindset to solving ambiguous problems.
  • You have experience influencing investment decisions and strategic planning processes at scale, ideally across multi-market or global environments.
  • You are a strong cross-functional leader who thrives as a connector across teams, building alignment and accountability across stakeholders.
  • You bring exceptional communication, judgment, and organizational rigor, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, high-visibility environments.

WORK MODEL:

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You'll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
