KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead key activities for our customer engagement practice related to marketing strategy and transformation, including defining and execution of integrated creative strategies across brand, campaign, and customer experience design, ensuring alignment to business objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Lead highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle by leveraging approaches in customer experience, loyalty programs, sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop Visual and verbal identity for clients, including brand voice, tone, and design systems
  • Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings
  • Assist partners with practice administration including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of eight years of management consulting experience related to marketing effectiveness, marketing management, campaign management, channel process transformation: Strong advertising background across integrated campaigns (digital, social, TV, and paid media), from concept through execution and performance optimization  
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Experience leading art direction across channels, ensuring consistency and quality of visual execution with customer-centric storytelling grounded in insights and data as well as creative leadership and team development (multi-disciplinary teams)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative methodologies for enhancing competitiveness, revenue and customer service offerings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
