What you'll do
  • The Manager, Modern Marketing plays a key role within the AI & Growth Enablement Center of Excellence, with primary focus on strengthening marketing capabilities across the North American Hair Professional portfolio.This role partners closely with brand teams and cross functional stakeholders to develop scalable marketing capabilities, accelerate digital growth, and improve marketing effectiveness across multiple brands.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across the Hair Professional portfolio
  • Identify scalable opportunities that improve marketing effectiveness and accelerate business growth across brands
  • Partner with cross functional teams to support ongoing digital transformation and capability building initiatives
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Partner with brands, internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to improve marketing performance
  • Bring media knowledge across paid, owned, and earned channels, including planning, targeting, optimization, and measurement
  • Analyze campaign and business performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Help establish scalable reporting, measurement, and governance frameworks that improve consistency across brands
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and cross functional collaboration
  • Support the regional D2C strategy across the Hair Professional portfolio
  • Partner with internal teams and brand stakeholders to identify and execute initiatives that enhance the digital customer experience across owned channels
  • Support the optimization of digital commerce platforms, conversion, and customer journeys
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, AI & Growth Enablement, Social Commerce, IT, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Sales, and other internal stakeholders
What makes you a good fit
  • 4+ years of experience across marketing transformation, digital strategy, media, brand management, and/or eCommerce
  • Experience supporting a multi-brand portfolio and/or developing playbooks and strategies that enable brands to deliver across marketing topics
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, media fundamentals, customer journeys, Martech, and digital commerce
  • Experience working across multiple marketing channels and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience working with agencies, technology partners, and digital platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The salary rangefor this role is $90,000.00 and $100,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
