Job description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), marketing automation, CRM data, and customer lifecycle programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Data Extensions, AMPscript, SQL, and Databricks, along with strong cross-functional collaboration and process management skills.

Required Technical Skills

* Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
* Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Data Extensions.
* Advanced AMPscript experience, including troubleshooting, personalization, and dynamic content development.
* Experience working with Databricks and enterprise data environments.
* Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis for audience segmentation, campaign execution, and reporting.
* Experience with CRM data management, data segmentation, and customer data workflows.
* Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, campaign execution, and lifecycle marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Design, build, execute, and optimize marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Develop and manage Journey Builder journeys, Automation Studio workflows, Content Builder assets, and Data Extensions.
* Create and troubleshoot advanced AMPscript for personalization, dynamic content, and complex marketing use cases.
* Develop audience segments and data workflows using SQL and CRM data.
* Integrate and leverage data from Databricks to support marketing automation and customer engagement programs.
* Implement lifecycle marketing programs across customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and re-engagement.
* Ensure campaign data, segmentation, personalization, and automation processes are accurate and reliable.
* Partner with marketing, CRM, data, analytics, and technology teams to deliver integrated automation solutions.
* Establish and maintain quality assurance, testing, documentation, and campaign governance processes.
* Troubleshoot automation, data, personalization, and journey execution issues.
* Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
* Document automation workflows, processes, configurations, and best practices.
* Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and platform enhancements as required.
