Premium Parking, a high growth company with a strong focus on developing a professional, customer-focused culture and using proven operating systems, has an immediate opening for a Market President who will help us leverage our position within the parking industry through building and managing strategic business relationships. This executive will develop and execute new business plans to support Premium Parking’s operational and financial targets.

Market President Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 plus incentives

Essential Functions:

  • Aggressively target new business opportunities through cold-calling, prospecting, networking, and responding to RFPs
  • Assess new markets and present opportunity analysis for new business
  • Manage bid processes to include drafting RFP’s, developing presentation materials, and client meetings
  • Maintain company’s database of customers and prospects, ensuring data is current and complete
  • Oversee management of parking operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, including responding to client requests and concerns
  • Attend relevant industry meetings and events, including active membership in professional associations and providing materials for publication
  • Track and update all client leads using company CRM, prepare profit-driven proposals and estimates for clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in the fields of business, marketing, or similar field
  • 5+ years parking industry experience at the senior operations level
  • Financial Modeling skills
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in customer and market research
  • Working knowledge of contract negotiations with potential clients
  • Superior customer service skills and support
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Ability to travel for work
  • Experience with relevant software applications including Microsoft Office, Insightly CRM, Online Proposal Management Systems
