Market Developer - West Coast USA Remote within WA, OR, ID, CA, NV, UT, AZ

Wallace Perimeter Security, an ASSA ABLOY branded Company, is a leading manufacturer of high-security perimeter solutions, safeguarding prisons, airports, data centers, and private high-security facilities. We are seeking a driven and strategic Market Developer to expand our presence in the Southeast by forging key relationships and driving business growth.

Territory: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects, conduct cold outreach, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers.ย 
  • Maintain and submit regular activity and results reports, including daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly/annual territory reviews.ย 
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, and industry events to network and uncover new opportunities (travel required).ย 
  • Keep accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring customer profiles, lead generation, and updates are properly maintained.ย 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or market development.ย 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.ย 
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.ย 
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.ย 
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.ย 
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is an asset.ย
