A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Manufacturing Engineer at MKS, you will partner with Tech Ops Team to develop, support NPI designs. In this role, you will report to the Manufacturing Engineering manager
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Providing day to day support to assembly operations
• Develop and Improve Manufacturing process for RF generators and subassemblies
• Drive Root cause analysis
• Support Transfer of New Designs to HVM
• Design fixtures and tooling
• Create and maintain Work instruction, Process Flows, BOM's and Standard Operating procedures
• Travel Requirements: Up to 20 % of Travel is required.
Skills You Bring:
• Education: Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Engineering
• 2+ years of manufacturing Engineering experience (school and co-ops count)
• Develop and use process simulations to model
- Assembly flows
- Cycle times and throughput optimization
• Support digital manufacturing initiatives (digital twin concepts, virtual validation)
• Experience in High-Tech manufacturing such as:
Semiconductor or electro-mechanical assemblies
• Cross Functional Engineering collaboration
• Digital Factory or Manufacturing simulation
• Process Validation (PFMEA)
Preferred Skills: (Optional)
• Design for Manufacturing experience (DFX)
• Data driven problem solving
• Microsoft Excel, Power point, Visual Factory, Oracle working knowledge a plus

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $71,025 - $118,375 USD annually. This range represents a good faith estimate based on qualifications, experience, training, and business needs.
  • Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, determined by MKS.
