We are currently looking for Manufacturing Associates with proven consistency in a manufacturing environement. Our primary hiring needs are on 2nd & 3rd Shift.
Needs may vary based on timing - shift preference will be noted during initial interview.

Responsibilities
  • Safety & Policy Compliance: Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Job Execution & Changeovers: Attain and maintain defined job objectives related to the planning and execution of production jobs and support quick changeover activities between label jobs.
  • Make-Ready & Cleanup Support: Assist with all external make-ready operations prior to job changeovers and perform external cleanup activities following changeovers.
  • Press Support Activities: Clean ink pans and ancillary equipment, strip plates from cylinders, and locate and transport dies to and from the press as required.
  • Quality Assurance: Comply with MCC and customer quality assurance specifications. Assist with quality inspections, including viewing labels with a strobe light alongside the press operator when required.
  • Documentation: Complete quality assurance sheets and any associated production or quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Equipment & Workspace Care: Maintain cleanliness of machinery and organization of the assigned work area.
  • Operational Flexibility: Work overtime when needed based on operational demands and production schedules.
  • Additional Duties: Perform related duties and provide support to operations as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Entry-level role; no prior experience required. Print or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
  • Basic Skills: Basic computer, math, and reading skills required, including the ability to read and understand job tickets, measurements, and rulers (standard and metric).
  • Communication & Teamwork: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Works well in a team environment with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Work Ethic & Performance: Self-motivated, dependable, and able to follow instructions. Demonstrates the ability to complete assigned tasks while maintaining a high standard of performance. Assertive, solution-focused, and able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move throughout the production area for extended periods. Frequent walking required; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Lifting Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Vision Requirements: Vision correctable to 20/20 if required. Ability to differentiate colors and meet vision requirements including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Technical Abilities: Ability to input data into computer systems and complete required documentation accurately.
  • Internal Candidates: Satisfactory attendance record required.
