Job description:
Magnatag Inc. is a leading manufacturer of magnetic whiteboards and visual display systems. Our innovative products and value-added services help organizations across every industry improve communication, scheduling, performance, and workplace safety.
We are seeking Production Associates to join our team in Macedon, NY. In this role, you will support key manufacturing operations, working alongside experienced professionals to produce high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with various tasks on the production floor
  • Use small hand tools, power tools, and small presses
  • Assemble product components and perform sub-assembly work
  • Ensure items are properly assembled, labeled, packed, and prepared for shipping
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, or lift (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periods
  • Dependable and detail-oriented with a focus on quality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow directions
