Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support production operations by operating equipment, inspecting parts, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined components using hand tools, grinders, buffing equipment, and other finishing tools as needed.
- Inspect parts visually and with measuring tools to verify quality and dimensional requirements.
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents to complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues or production concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with production team members to ensure quality standards and production goals are met.
- Identify defects and escalate quality concerns when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and manufacturing standards.
Preferred Qualifications
All qualifications are preferred, not required.
- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Previous machine operation experience.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with deburring, grinding, polishing, or finishing operations.
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Experience using measuring tools for quality inspections.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing environment and requires working with production equipment, hand tools, grinders, and measuring instruments.
