Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Production Activities: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality specifications
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate production workers; foster a positive, productive work environment
  • Quality Control: Monitor processes to meet quality standards; implement corrective actions when needed
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and provide safety training
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency gains, reduce waste, and lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen events)
  • Inventory Management: Track raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with procurement for timely material availability
  • Reporting: Maintain production data records; prepare and submit reports to the Plant Manager
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize disruptions
