Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the North Tonawanda facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to safety, which will contribute to success within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: North Tonawanda, NY

Pay Range: $22/hour

Shift: 2nd and 3rd shifts, Monday through Friday + Sat with mandatory OT 

What's the Job?

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality packaging products
  • Ensure all safety protocols and standards are strictly followed to maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote efficiency and safety
  • Assist in quality checks and ensure products meet company and customer specifications
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement

What's Needed?

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent attendance record and a solid work history with good tenure
  • Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety regulations
  • Proficiency in basic math and ability to use a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
