Job description

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Manufacturing & Production
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking production priorities, timelines, and deadlines
  • Coordinate communication between manufacturing, operations, purchasing, and logistics teams
  • Support implementation and follow-through of manufacturing initiatives and process improvements
  • Track departmental KPIs, production metrics, quality standards, and reporting dashboards
  • Assist with inventory, equipment, and supply coordination
  • Help manage special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Compile and analyze operational data to support decision-making
  • Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support preparation for audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
  • Help maintain manufacturing and production equipment

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative, operations, or manufacturing support experience preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is strongly preferred
  • Forklift experience or certification
  • Positive attitude
  • Must be reliable

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
