Helps meet company goals by leading and supporting manufacturing operations and projects to ensure production schedules, ASME requirements, and safety compliance are met while maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Coordinate resources, monitor performance, and maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage production schedules to meetproject milestones and delivery dates
- Coordinate with purchasing to ensure materials andcomponents will be available on schedule
- Communicate production status to internal teamsregularly
- Monitor production metrics, budgets, and adjustresources for efficiency
- Reinforce company policies and safety standards;maintain clean, organized facilities
- Ensure proper equipment is available at workstations
- Collaborate with operations leadership and productionsupervisors to meet deadlines
- Achieve weekly/monthly production goals and drivecontinuous improvement initiatives
- Train, coach, and evaluate personnel; foster ateam-oriented environment
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain smoothproduct flow
- Perform other related duties as required
