Overview

The Operation Manager is responsible for leading all day-to-day manufacturing operations in a plastic injection molding facility, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across production, maintenance, quality, and materials to support customer requirements and continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with customer quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations in a plastic injection molding facility, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across production, maintenance, quality, and materials to support customer requirements and continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with customer quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in plastic injection molding environment.
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling materials (resins), and automation.
  • Proven leadership of high-volume, multi-shift operations.
