Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Protection Program and Operation Manager to join our team and manage multiple projects and client accounts, represent AT-RISK in the security industry, and support client-facing employees within the Corporate Security environment. This position requires the successful candidate have program management experience and proactively engage with a broad range of stakeholders over a large geographical and organizational range. The Candidate MUST have experience in international executive protection operations.

The offered salary for this position is $120,000 annually plus benefits and will require travel at least 50% of the time with a significant portion being to the greater Seattle and Texas areas.

The Executive Protection Program and Operations Manager leads personnel selection and management decisions, supports both administrative (HR and Finance) and logistics issues related to our client-facing teams, and manages direct reports. This position works within a team environment, but much of the work is performed in an autonomous fashion. The ideal candidate will have a protective security-related background with strong experience managing personnel, and will be able to prioritize and efficiently handle workload while ensuring contract compliance and client satisfaction. We are seeking someone in the WA state/greater Seattle area to provide the best service to our clients and interact with personnel on-site on a frequent basis. In order to best serve our clients, this role will require availability during non-traditional work hours-including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Duties

  • Deliver premier service by liaising between the company, clients, and client-facingsecurity-related personnel.
  • Participate in the selection and onboarding of security-related personnel, including involvement in all aspects of the hiring process across multiple locations.
  • Provide ongoing management, oversight, and support to security personnel, including performance evaluations, mentorship, guidance, and day-to-day leadership to ensure alignment with client organizational goals and effective execution of responsibilities.
  • Develop new programs and create and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate client account records, including detailed notes and time tracking to support billing, reporting, and service continuity.
  • Plan and manage personal protection operations (from start to finish) including administration, coordination, security advances, physical security escorts, transportation, medical assistance, security drivers, special event planning, etc.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with client points of contact.
  • Serve as AT-RISK's Washington State Executive Manager for armed principal /qualifyingagent with the Department of Licensing to ensure compliance,licensing, documentation, and regulatory requirements are maintained.
  • Promote AT-RISK and its service offerings to cultivate potential new clients and grow existing business.
  • Provide administrative support to include monitoring employee time and record keeping systems, coordinating travel logistics, reviewing expense reports, etc.
  • Plan and participate in company provided training.
  • Manage equipment inventory and ensure accurate tracking of assets.
  • Be knowledgeable of all client contract requirements; design and implement solutions to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Work closely with leadership on projects related to service delivery strategies and/or client satisfaction needs.
  • Partner with other Program Managers on an as-required basis to ensure proper account coverage.
  • Be a positive team player to integrate independent ideas with company vision.
  • Understand security and executive protection in the context of corporate security and public safety, and stay informed of current industry trends and corresponding resources.
  • Meet with clients and client-facing employees at on-site locations.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, etc.) to support client and team needs.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally. Travel is expected at least 50% of the time.
  • Advanced experience in directly managing large, diverse teams is a plus.
  • Executive Protection experience is Required.
  • Corporate security, protective security, or intelligence-related experience/background preferred.
