Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Field Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support in Indianapolis, IN. This role is primarily focused on supporting training events and managing all AV and deskside support needs, along with hardware distribution and general IT support functions.

  • Support AV aspects of training sessions and events
  • Provide deskside and field support to end users
  • Answer and resolve technical support issues
  • Manage and work through IT support tickets
  • Assist with hardware distribution across multiple locations
