As a Workday Reporting & Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our 100+ AMS (Post-Production) clients transform their Workday experience through the revision and creation of Workday reports and analytical tools based on both customer requirements and our own best practices.  

You will work as part of a delivery team responsible for cases for customers of all sizes, across multiple industries. You will be a lead within the Reporting & Analytics space and provide mentorship and oversight to more junior team members. 

You will join the team with experience in the following areas: Advanced, Matrix, Trending and Composite Reporting, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and building complex Calculated Fields.  

This role is vital in transforming customers’ Workday data into information that can drive their business decisions. 

Applicants should have 5+ years of experience specifically in Workday Reporting. 

key responsibilities 

  • Reporting & Analytics  

  • Design and develop Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Trending, Composite)  

  • Build dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets  

  • Configure complex Calculated Fields  

  • Optimize and enhance existing reporting solutions  

  • Translate business requirements into reporting outputs  

  • Client Engagement  

  • Lead or support requirements gathering sessions  

  • Manage workload across multiple clients  

  • Provide Workday best-practice guidance  

  • Build strong client relationships  

  • Team Contribution  

  • Manage and mentor junior consultants  

  • Maintain Workday certifications  

  • Contribute to internal initiatives and best practices  

minimum requirements:  

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday Reporting 

  • Strong experience with Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite Reporting  

  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills  

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines  

desirable experience:  

  • Workday Reporting Certification  

  • Financials Reporting experience  

  • Prism experience 

  • Experience leading reporting or data workstreams  

  • Experience with EIBs
