We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Admin who knows their way around QuickBooks and can help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right person. We offer flexibility and appreciate someone who can take initiative and stay on top of things.
What you'll be doing:
  • Managing QuickBooks (invoicing, tracking, and basic bookkeeping)
  • Collecting payments and keeping accounts current
