We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Manager, Patient Services Analytics to support and optimize patient support programs across hub services, specialty pharmacy, copay, and claims analytics. This role partners closely with patient services, market access, and commercial teams to improve patient access, therapy initiation, and adherence through actionable insights and operational excellence.
We'll Trust you to:
  • Design and execute advanced analytics solutions to address specific patient-centric business needs - apply advanced analytics techniques (e.g., descriptive/inferential statistics, machine learning, NLP, and Neural Networks) on data sets to identify key actionable insights.
  • Manage analytics and reporting for patient support programs, including hub services, prior authorizations, appeals, and copay assistance
  • Partner with hub vendors and specialty pharmacies to monitor program performance and improve patient access
  • Analyze patient-level hub, specialty pharmacy, and claims data to identify trends, barriers, and opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for commercial and market access leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional client teams (Business Insights, RWE, Patient Services etc.) to shape go-to-market strategies, leveraging analytics, market insights, and customer segmentation.
  • Monitor payer restrictions, prior authorization denials, and access challenges impacting the patient journey
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across multiple data sources
  • Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
  • Drive strategic problem-solving engagements, synthesizing complex market dynamics, stakeholder feedback, and healthcare trends to deliver actionable insights
You'll need to have:
  • At least 7+ years of experience in life sciences management consulting,ย with claims data analytics experience and data science expertise
  • Proven experience supporting or leading projects that improve customer engagement, field effectiveness, or commercial processes.
  • Expertise in pharma/biotech commercial functions (sales, marketing, access) and the product-lifecycle landscape.
  • Strong understanding of hub operations, specialty pharmacy, copay programs, and payer access dynamics
  • Experience working with patient-level claims, hub, and specialty pharmacy data
  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, quantitative acumen, and storytelling skills; advanced Data Science proficiency with expertise in Python
  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) a plus.
Good to have:
  • Experience in specialty therapeutics, oncology, or rare disease
  • Knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims structures, including ICD-10, CPT, and NDC codes
  • Familiarity with patient services platforms such as Salesforce, AssistRx, or ConnectiveRx
  • Experience managing external vendors and partners

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000 to $240,000.
