The Amazon Music Digital Operations team Is a unique group of global supply chain managers whose primary responsibility is to ensure catalog flows smoothly from music providers to our global customers and services. We are seeking a Global Operations Manager to lead the geographically-distributed team, interfacing with both internal and external executive teams, owning the operational relationship with our most strategic partners, and influencing global supply chain strategy

The team oversees end-to-end processing of catalog, from new provider integration to tooling and process requirements for new countries, products and services.
The Global Operations Manager will participate in international standards development, representing Amazon's interests from the ideation phase to the execution phase of new industry capabilities. You
will be the primary conduit between content providers and Amazon tech and product teams, engaging with suppliers and industry organizations to shape industry standards and define initiatives for prioritization on the Amazon development roadmap.

The Global Operations Manager will demonstrate relentless passion for Amazon Music customers and partners, ensuring supply chain capabilities are relevant, current and industry-leading.
For this cross-functional role, we are seeking an experienced, collaborative person requiring a process-driven, operational mindset, attention to detail, technological aptitude, and strong communication skills. Key job responsibilities
Manage a highly specialized, geographically-distributed team of Digital Operations Managers who own completeness, quality and timeliness of selection for Amazon Music's global products and services
Participate in and influence direction of international standards development for the exchange of data and assets across all aspects and hundreds of companies in the music industry value chain
Conceptualize, define and drive improvements to the digital supply chain synthesizing inputs from partners, cross-functional stakeholders, and industry standards organizations. Collaborate with product and adjacent development teams to streamline and automate how content and metadata are ingested and used in Amazon Music's services.
Maintain strategic partner relationships with senior executives and industry leaders, owning collaborative innovation and coordinated execution for new Amazon products, countries, capabilities, and ground-breaking technologies.
Participate in yearly cross-functional goal planning and prepare strategic recommendations for senior leadership within the Amazon Music organization. Function as an escalation point to remove obstacles to the seamless flow of catalog

Establish goals, plans and related metrics to track and communicate progress against Amazon Music objectives.
Balance competing and conflicting priorities across business and tech teams, weighing urgency against long-term needs and escalating with backbone to advocate for the needs of the organization or customers.
