Job Summary:
Reingold, Inc. is a full-service consulting firm in Alexandria, Virginia, dedicated to helping organizations improve the world. They are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of technology implementation initiatives in healthcare settings.
Responsibilities:
• Manage implementation projects supporting digital health, connected care, virtual care, training, communications, and technology adoption initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, status reports, meeting materials, and implementation documentation.
• Coordinate implementation activities across internal teams, clients, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users.
• Support planning and execution of readiness assessments, implementation strategies, deployment activities, and adoption efforts.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Facilitate meetings, trainings, office hours, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions, as needed.
• Support the development and refinement of implementation materials, training resources, toolkits, job aids, communications, and reporting products.
• Monitor stakeholder feedback, adoption barriers, and implementation challenges; recommend process improvements and solutions.
• Prepare and present project updates, findings, recommendations, and implementation outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals, client priorities, and contract requirements.
• Apply project management, change management, implementation science, and human-centered design principles to support sustainable adoption.
• Ensure all assigned activities and deliverables are completed accurately, professionally, and on schedule.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare, public health, health administration, business, communications, project management, information systems, implementation science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in project management, implementation, healthcare operations, digital health, training, change management, or related fields.
Preferred:
• Master’s degree preferred in health informatics, public health, healthcare administration, business administration, project management, implementation science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in project management, implementation, healthcare operations, digital health, training, change management, or related fields.
• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with VA systems, processes, stakeholders, or healthcare delivery environments.
• Experience with telehealth, virtual care, connected care, My HealtheVet, digital health tools, or patient engagement technologies.
• Project management certification, such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, or related credential.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects, workstreams, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Background supporting programs in healthcare, government, technology, consulting, or other complex organizational environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive work forward in fast-paced, client-facing settings.
• Skilled in developing project plans, status reports, briefings, trackers, implementation materials, and executive-level communications.
• Proven ability to support adoption, training, deployment, process improvement, and change management activities.
• Comfortable facilitating meetings, presenting updates, documenting decisions, and following up on action items.
• Track record of building productive relationships with clients, partners, leadership, subject matter experts, and end users.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
