JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Leads change and organizational transformation to close the 'research to practice' gap at Centerstone. Works internally across the organization and with external partners to assist teams in identifying opportunities for growth and change. Promotes the adoption of clinical models, evidence-based practices (EBPs), and other innovations. Assesses barriers and facilitators of change to effectively design and implement change strategies. Leads and partners with multi-disciplinary teams to assess buy-in, build motivation and a supportive organizational culture. Specializes and serves as a thought leader in implementation science practice areas (e.g., drivers, barriers/facilitators assessments, frameworks). Has a key role in supporting transformational change. Works in partnership with teams to establish implementation plans, manage workflows, organizes complex information. Reviews Research Institute project portfolios to identify system-wide opportunities for growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Masters degree with Doctorate in Psychology or a related behavioral health field. Doctrine preferred.
Years of Experience
Eight years of professional experience in clinical research, translational science, or other academic setting required. Requires the ability to apply D&I theory and research to community behavioral health clinic environments to facilitate adoption of excellent clinical practices. Specialized training and/or a proven track record of research in Dissemination and/or Implementation Science (D&I).
