The Autowork One Implementation Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Consultants and Technical resources while ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality implementations. The role is accountable for team performance, customer outcomes, and operational excellence, driving continuous improvement across consultancy services and contributing to the overall success of the Autowork One delivery function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ERP systems, including implementation, configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Deep expertise in the Autowork One system (or comparable Automotive Service POS or ERP platform experience at scale).
  • Proven experience leading or managing technical/consulting teams with accountability for delivery outcomes and performance.
  • Strong experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions both remotely and on-site.
  • Solid understanding of ERP data structures, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Experience with AI, reporting tools, BI solutions, and data analysis (e.g., KCML, HTML reporting).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a delivery-focused environment.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer-facing engagement.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations, including scoping, design, build, testing, and go-live support.
  • Familiarity with implementation frameworks, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SDLC, PMP), and delivery governance.
  • Experience with advanced data tools and technologies such as SQL, VBA, and complex data integrations.
  • Exposure to third-party integrations, APIs, or middleware solutions.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar operational systems.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment with utilization and revenue accountability.
  • Prior involvement in process improvement, transformation initiatives, or continuous improvement programs.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) in a matrixed organization.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ERP platform certifications, ITIL) are advantageous.
