Senior Manager, Implementation Science

The Senior Manager, Implementation Science role is essential for managing the effective execution of projects and process improvements to enhance the BOC's operations excellence. This role supports and elevates continuous quality improvement (CQI) to assure positive outcomes for all constituents, both internal and external.

  • Evaluate internal processes to enhance BOC team member experiences; direct and manage optimizations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project implementation.
  • Direct and manage projects to implementation, focusing on operational objectives.
  • Direct and manage the implementation of appropriate processes and procedures.
  • Identify and elevate data-driven CQI.
  • Collaborate with data experts in the creation of quality metrics.
  • Supervise, support, and mentor BOC team members.

Ability to work independently and as a team member. Exceptional communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines as needed. Strong technical writing skills. Ability to utilize data to find optimization opportunities.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Identify project needs, requirements, and optimization opportunities with BOC team members.
  • Collaborate with IT department for maintenance, optimization, and enhancement opportunities for technology-based processes.
  • Responsible for technology-based project development and process improvements from initiation to completion.
  • Manages QC of technology-based applications and processes.
  • Analyzes operational efficiency of BOC applications, processes and systems
  • Identifies and documents optimizations to BOC workflows.
  • Directs and manages project development and process improvements from initiation to completion.
  • Leads effective strategic and tactical solutions to advance the Data Governance and Quality Improvement Council's outcomes.
  • Assists with other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to organize, structure, and communicate information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to identify problems, consider alternatives, consult with peers, and implement solutions.

Education and Experience:

  • Baccalaureate degree required or equivalent experience in similar field.
