Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Project Management Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects for the platform from contract signature through go-live and user adoption.

Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables.

Coordinate project activities between customers, Mobility Global and the development/product teams at IT Manufactory.

Ensure project execution aligns with agreed customer requirements, business objectives, and contractual commitments.

Data Integration & Technical Coordination

Analyze customer data structures and integration requirements.

Coordinate data preparation, validation, and migration activities.

Support customers during interface and system integration projects.

Act as a liaison between customer teams and software developers to ensure efficient resolution of technical and functional requirements.

Training & Customer Success

Deliver administrator and end-user training programs.

Create implementation documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and best-practice materials.

Support customers after go-live to ensure successful adoption and ongoing value realization.

Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customer questions and enhancement requests.

Product & Market Feedback

Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements to the product organization.

Identify recurring customer needs and recommend process improvements, product enhancements, and training opportunities.

Contribute to the successful expansion of in the U.S. automotive supplier market.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, customer success, consulting, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented working style.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
Preferred Experience
  • working with automotive suppliers, OEMs, or automotive software solutions.
  • Understanding of sales planning, business development, account management, or CRM-related processes within the automotive industry.
  • Experience with SaaS implementations and enterprise software deployments.
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience supporting customer implementations in North America.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
