Location: Warsaw IN 46582 and West Chester PA 19380

Scope:
Job will support the US commercial business for Joint Reconstruction & VELYS Enabling Technology
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect contract closure/renewal information & maintain the Closed & Install tracker as well as the 2026 VELYS Leadership tracker
  • Track closed deals, install dates, instrument deployments
  • Maintain accurate fleet lists for VRAS, VHN, UKA with accurate ISO information
  • Develop monthly sales leaderboard communications (Winner s Circle Communications)
  • Aggregate monthly leadership insights report with overview of the VELYS US business (State of VELYS Monthly Report Out)
  • Maintain UCN traceability crosswalk for capital fleet (VRAS & VELYS Hub)
  • Transpose upcoming funnel deals into instrument/capital deployment tracker (managed by supply chain value stream team)
  • Maintain ET Team (VELYS) Events Calendar
  • Schedule ET trainings & coordinate agenda/speakers with ET team leads
  • Developing suggestions for work automation/dashboard development from manual tracking activities
