Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Knowledge Management & Business Process Reengineering Specialist to support mission-critical operations in a fast-paced federal environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft 365 applications, knowledge management processes, and business process improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional capable of working independently and collaboratively while supporting program management, data operations, and organizational efficiency efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dataverse environments and data tables.
  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, workflows, and documentation standards.
  • Support business process reengineering initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Analyze current processes and recommend automation or process improvement opportunities.
  • Create, update, and maintain technical and administrative documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Provide support for SharePoint Online, Teams collaboration sites, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program management and organizational objectives.
  • Deliver professional written and verbal communications with government personnel and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Active SECRET or Interim SECRET U.S. Government security clearance at time of contract award.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Successful completion of a Microsoft Dataverse Certification course.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Dataverse instances.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating, maintaining, and editing data tables within Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including:
    • Word
    • PowerPoint
    • Outlook
    • SharePoint Online
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience organizing and coordinating meetings, schedules, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, mature judgment, creativity, and problem-solving capability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense programs.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Experience with business process mapping and workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of data governance, records management, and information-sharing best practices.
  • Project management or process improvement certifications are a plus.
