In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you'll embed yourself within leading organizations to drive digital transformation, deliver innovative technical solutions, and champion the adoption of Airtable's platform. You'll work directly with senior executives, influence product direction, and help shape the future of how businesses operate-all while leveraging your technical expertise, business acumen, and passion for storytelling.
What you'll do
  • Embed within strategic customer organizations to understand their business processes, operations, and goals
  • Identify and deliver high-impact technical solutions that drive organizational transformation and measurable results
  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to senior executives, translating Airtable's value into customer-specific language
  • Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions to accelerate time to value and drive adoption
  • Lead innovation and solution ideation workshops with key customers
  • Guide clients in building custom solutions, driving adoption, and ensuring successful change management
  • Provide real-world product feedback to influence Airtable's roadmap
  • Evangelize and expand use cases, driving account growth and AI adoption
  • Reduce risk of churn and contraction by establishing trust and technical expertise
  • Leverage creative storytelling to communicate complex technical concepts
  • Travel to customer sites as needed
Who you are
  • 5-7 years in SaaS pre-sales, implementation, or customer-facing roles in enterprise environments
  • 7-10 years of technology and sales experience, ideally with large, flexible platforms
  • Experienced in managing sales cycles and technical evaluations
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of business operations across multiple industries
  • Hands-on technical builder with experience architecting, prototyping, and developing custom solutions
  • Deep understanding of relational database architecture and enterprise integration methodologies
  • Active AI user and implementer, familiar with LLMs, vibe coding, and Airtable
  • Skilled communicator and presenter, comfortable with public speaking and storytelling
  • Passionate about low-code/no-code applications and emerging technology trends
  • Familiar with programming languages and process/persona mapping tools (e.g., Lucid, Figma, Mural, Miro)
  • Willing to travel and thrive in dynamic, customer-centric environments

$248,000-$351,200 USD
For all other work locations (including remote), the on-target earnings range for this role is:
