Job Description:
Vote Online is seeking a Strategic Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to our headquarters and field teams. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, supporting events, managing administrative processes, and ensuring Strategic Specialists have the resources needed to succeed. This is an entry-level position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, and logistics for Strategic Specialists and staff.
  • Order, organize, and distribute materials needed for field events and outreach efforts.
  • Coordinate logistics for projects, ensuring all moving parts are executed on time.
  • Monitor weekly reports from relay key updates to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assess organizational needs for upcoming events and projects.
  • Maintain organized records, materials, and administrative information for quick access and reporting.
  • Support overall office organization, operations, and day-to-day administrative functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent oral, written, and professional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and data entry.
  • Passion for civic engagement and expanding voter participation.
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

"WOW" SKILLS:

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Experience supporting events, travel logistics, or field teams.
  • Familiarity with Airtable, project management software, or similar organizational tools.
  • Experience working with nonprofit, civic engagement, or community-focused organizations.
