Job description

Title: Airtable Implementation Specialist – Production Operations (Contract)

Pay Rate: $59–$63/hour

Duration: 6-Month Assignment

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid)


Summary

We are seeking an Airtable Implementation Specialist to support the deployment, optimization, and ongoing management of Airtable solutions within a fast-paced production operations environment. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable workflows, improve operational processes, and ensure successful user adoption of Airtable across the organization.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technology, process improvement, and user enablement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced implementing collaborative workflow tools while providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users.



Responsibilities


  • Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Airtable solutions to improve production operations and cross-functional workflows
  • Build and configure Airtable bases, linked records, interfaces, automations, and workflow solutions to meet business requirements
  • Assist with the rollout and implementation of new Airtable processes across multiple teams
  • Develop user documentation, process guides, and training materials to support successful platform adoption
  • Facilitate user training sessions, office hours, and one-on-one support while serving as the primary point of contact for Airtable-related questions
  • Gather user feedback, document enhancement requests, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and platform functionality
  • Monitor system quality, troubleshoot issues, validate new functionality, and track bugs through testing and production environments
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify that new workflows and features meet business requirements prior to deployment
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend workflow improvements that increase efficiency and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate data within Airtable, supporting ongoing data cleanup, optimization, and governance efforts
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and potential blockers to stakeholders throughout implementation efforts


Qualifications


  • 2–5 years of experience implementing business applications, workflow management platforms, or collaborative productivity tools
  • 1–2 years of hands-on Airtable experience, including Linked Records, Interfaces, Automations, and workflow configuration
  • Experience supporting software implementation, platform adoption, or process improvement initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and support users of varying technical backgrounds
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend operational improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new business processes and adapt to changing priorities
  • Self-starter who works independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams
  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion


Required Skills


  • Experience supporting production operations, media, entertainment, live events, or studio environments
