THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Systems Enablement Manager (Airtable & Softr Builder) to join our team in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-level applications using Airtable. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of low-code solutions, from initial concept and workflow design to development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Airtable's capabilities, with a proven track record of creating sophisticated, scalable applications that drive business efficiency.
The Systems Enablement Manager (Airtable & Softr Builder) is a virtual or Hybrid position that will work in conjunction with the internal Olympics & Paralympics Hospitality business on airtable solutions in use by the project.

This role ensures the collaborative tools our internal teams use to support our daily work are efficient and intentional. From A to Z, that airtable applications are aligned with our needs, and that there are clear operating standards for each program. With a solution-oriented mentality, this role ensures that our teams have the best tool for the job and that the way we employ that tool reflects the needs of all teams. Collectively, the Internal Operations team works across the business to ensure that our teams are set up with the right tools and methodology to do what they do best.
This role collaborates with all teams to support their business efforts with program-and-tool-specific support and expertise. They partner with all levels of stakeholders across all departments and accounts to ensure that tool and product functions align with the needs of our team by conducting collaborative meetings with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be integral in developing strategies around cross-departmental workflows that promote collaboration and efficiency, resulting in efficient workflows, AI usage and data flow. The role will work closely with Product, Marketing, content, production and project teams, translating workflow needs into streamlined Airtable solutions. This position requires a deep knowledge of Airtable software its technical capabilities and how it can connect to other systems to build scalable efficiencies.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
  • Consult, design and build efficient Airtable data structures and flows
  • Build automations to support team specific workflows, and develop interfaces to guide and support workflows for cross functional business units with a focus on cross-team dataflows improving collaboration and transparency
  • Contribute to a collaborative vision that best utilizes and integrates with in-house and third-party tools used for event delivery & operations
  • Collaborate with internal technology and data teams to develop and implement API connections to support data pipelines
  • Implement AI process directly into workflows maximizing efficiency gains within their Airtable toolset
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain data integrity across sources
  • Support Enterprise administration including user governance and data compliance
  • Be a subject-matter-expert for our Olympics team with all things Airtable and when expertise isn't available, Coordinate to find an answer or solution.
  • Keep a constant pulse on the latest product availability to ensure that our teams have what they need to stay ahead of our client's needs and competition.
  • Manage & Orchestrate Support: Have the know-how to take individuals or teams through an introduction of a new product. Interpret product updates, apply them to existing processes, and prepare wide-scale training as needed. Ensure that quality training programs are in place and up to date.
  • Establish Best Practices: Inform best practices and standard operating procedures for how our teams use the tools we provide. Partner with other operation leads within the department to create and maintain this documentation.
  • Implement enhancements and updates to the platform based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Determine the Right Tools: Identify or be informed of gaps in technology that inhibit the team and locate potential tools and solutions to address them in partnership with all Operation teams.
  • Organize Our Available Products: Manage the ongoing list of applications, software, and programs that the Olympics project has access to, and be the main contact when teams request new software solutions. Vet new product requests and provide alternative solutions when applicable. Partner with the admin to set up new products and determine permission level settings.
  • Partner with a team of low-code builders to build, test, and deploy applications that meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Manage the entire application development lifecycle within Airtable, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Architect and design complex database structures, automations, and workflows to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define project goals, and provide strategic guidance on low-code solutions.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data governance, security, and application maintenance.
  • Provide training materials and change management support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new applications.
  • Provide ongoing app support to users as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Airtable and other low-code platforms to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Prepare project status reports for airtable team management,
  • Assist in the development as well as oversee the maintenance and evolution of the Olympic Hospitality airtable applications
  • Support in the development and maintenance of the Olympic Hospitality project management tool across properties and functions.
  • Support in the development and maintenance of cross-functional process data flows using Airtable.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain all archiving of Olympic Hospitality planning documents, presentation decks, and templates

QUALIFICATIONS

AS FOR EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED:
  • 3-5 years of experience in building and managing low-code applications, with a strong focus on Airtable.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automations, integrations, and complex workflows at an enterprise scale.
  • You have 5+ years of solution engineering, consulting or implementation experience supporting Enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling.
  • A knowledge base of database design and governance best practices and are familiar with other Enterprise SaaS technologies
  • Existing knowledge of or ability to understand how systems and workflows can support and/or hinder creative development processes
  • A positive and collaborative disposition and communication style to support the development of strong interpersonal connections across diverse teams and areas of expertise
  • The ability to shift gears from one project/focus to another in short order
  • Expert knowledge of Airtable. Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft tools, database structure and other knowledge management tools is a plus.
  • Experience creating accessible learning and training materials for applications, software, and programs, and leading teams through training as needed.
  • Effortless ability to collaborate with internal clients by anticipating their needs and delivering against sold projects.
  • Exceptional ability to recognize opportunities to improve workflows through the implementation of new tools. The ability to successfully communicate and motivate stakeholders is critical.
