Procurement Agent Manager

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Boeing Technical Services (BTS) Manager to join our Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington.

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, customer service-oriented first-line leader to lead the team for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Boeing Technical Services (BTS) within the Functional Excellence organization. This role is central to driving CLM adoption across BCA Supply Chain Procurement and ensuring continuity and effective management of the BTS team to facilitate Technical Service and Qualification agreements with our suppliers.

You will lead a diverse team through critical implementation of CLM in a complex, fast paced environment, building relationships across the Supply Chain Procurement, IT, and compliance teams to ensure successful system adoption and sustained value realization. This is a high impact opportunity to shape how BCA Supply Chain operates for years to come.

Our teams are currently hiring for (Level K) Supply Chain Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Boeing Technical Services (BTS) Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a diverse CLM team to implement, administer, and continuously improve the Contract Lifecycle Management system across BCA Supply Chain procurement.
  • Create and execute project plans, deployment plans, and change management plans (including training, communications, and role-based enablement) to ensure smooth system rollout and sustained adoption.
  • Educate and influence all levels of management on CLM capabilities, benefits, and required process changes to secure executive sponsorship and broad organizational commitment.
  • Approve and govern technical approaches for system enhancements, working with IT and vendors to balance usability, compliance, and scalability.
  • Oversee BTS activities that sell engineering services to the supply base and manage supplier product certification for Boeing use, ensuring alignment with procurement objectives.

Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment:To be considered for this position you willbe requiredto complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete this assessment will remove you from consideration.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
  • 3+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to influence senior leaders, present complex technical/organizational matters clearly, and lead high-stakes discussions
  • 2+ years of experience with contracts policies, processes, and tools, such as: CLM, PaRMS, CEDM, etc.
  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
  • Requires 100% onsite attendance (5 days a week)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 5+ years of direct and/or indirect team leadership experience as a proven leader
  • Experience implementing software / systems
  • Experience with program management, project management and/or business operation
